Group Training – LBA Occupational Health and Safety Training VIA ZOOM

The Workplace/Occupational Health and Safety training for the hospitality industry provides management and staff with the practical tools to ensure that they 1. Know their obligations under the legislation, 2. Have strong workplace safety policies and procedures in place, 3. Are able to identify, report and rectify hazards and risks, and, Adopt best practice procedures to promote a safe work environment.  The module covers the topics 1. Who is responsible, 2. Good housekeeping, 3. Manual handling, 4. Slips and trips, 5. First Aid basics, 6. Workplace bullying and harassment, and Managing abusive/difficult patrons.
