The Workplace/Occupational Health and Safety training for the hospitality industry provides management and staff with the practical tools to ensure that they 1. Good housekeeping, 3. Manual handling, 4. Slips and trips, 5. First Aid basics, 6. Workplace bullying and harassment, and Managing abusive/difficult patrons.
