In line with the Ministerial Direction – Responsible Gambling Code of Conduct, an exclusive downloadable training session for venues using and adopting Code 21 (LBA Version 4.1).

Once downloaded, you will need to register as a new training user to watch the video and complete the quiz at the end.

Once you have successfully answered all 6 questions, a certificate will be issued.
