The Armed Holdup Awareness training is live, face-to-face via Zoom.  The 60 minute module is very practically-based and covers the topics:

1. How do you behave in stressful situations;
2. Who are the robbers and what do they want;
3. What to do during a robbery;
4. Managing the venue after a robbery;
5. Having systems in place to minimize the potential of a robbery occurring;
6. Self-care in the long term.
