2026 AML CTF Gaming Attendant Training
This mandatory training is designed for all gaming staff working in venues operating under the GameSure AML Program.
The course covers your legal obligations under the AML CTF Act and the AML Rules 2025 effective 31 March 2026. It explains how money laundering occurs in gaming venues, when to request identification, how to correctly process cheque and EFT pay-outs, how to complete open source searches, and when Enhanced Customer Due Diligence is required.
The training also covers suspicious matter reporting, sanctions screening, third party payment prohibitions, record keeping requirements, employee due diligence and your personal legal obligations.
The session concludes with a short competency quiz. A certificate is issued upon achieving 100 percent, which must be provided to your Compliance Officer for filing in the venue AML folder.
Completion is required within 28 days of commencement and annually thereafter.
